FlightStats OSM Solution
I have to give a shout out to FlightStats not because they reside in my backyard, Portland OR, but because they are using OpenStreetMap as their mapping platform. Not only can you determine if your flight is on time, or if your airline constantly makes it to their destination with minimal delays but you can see this on a map that you helped create (If you have yet to make a edit what are you waiting for).
This is not a new revelation; FlightStats has been using OSM for some time now. They use many open source projects to put their solution together, OSM, Mapquest Open, Mapbox, and Leaflet to name a few.
